Investiture Ceremony at Atharv Public School
Today, we celebrated the Investiture Ceremony and Change of Guards with our esteemed chief guest, Mr. Chintan Patel. Congratulations to our newly appointed school cabinet! 8th Edition of Rakhi for Jawaan
Today, our school community came together for a heartwarming tradition – the 8th edition of Rakhi for Jawaan. Our students, staff, and parents united to send rakhis, along with their love and prayers, to the brave soldiers stationed at the borders. We were honored to have Khushalbhai Vadu, President of the South Gujarat Para Military Association, and Sachinkumar Gupta, a dedicated CISF officer, as our esteemed chief guests for this special occasion. Their inspiring words filled us with pride and a deeper sense of gratitude for the sacrifices made by our armed forces. This initiative is a small way for us to express our unwavering support and admiration for our soldiers, who selflessly protect our nation day and night. A big thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to making this event a success! Together, we send a strong message of unity, love, and respect to our heroes.
Honoring Our National Heroes: Independence Day Tirange Yatra
Our students proudly participated in the Tirange Yatra organized by Manovikas Charitable Trust, joining hands to pay tribute to the brave souls who fought for our freedom. Marching under the tricolor, they carried the spirit of patriotism in their hearts, reminding us all of the sacrifices that paved the way for the India we celebrate today. First Day of School
Atharv Public School reopened on June 10 , 2019. Students entered the schooling phase of their lives with hope and aspiration to do something different after long and rejuvenating summer break. Special assembly was organised in order to welcome the children. Principal, Mrs. Leena Borse addressed the students and motivated them for a prosperous and successful year ahead.

Atharv Public School held an Investiture ceremony for the upcoming school cabinet members. All the council members took an oath faithfully to work for the betterment of the school and its culture. The establishment of a Student Council gives students an opportunity to acquire the sort of communication, planning and organisational skills which will be beneficial to them in their future . Since parents are our first guru, the ceremony was started by inviting the parents of the school cabinets to the stage and honouring them with a tulsi sapling.

THE ABILITY TO DRAW DEPENDS ON ONES ABILITY TO SEE THE WAY AN ARTIST SEES."* – Betty Edwards On 13/10/19 there was an Inter School Poster Making Competition held by EDUMANCH. There were number of participants participated in this competition, where in the level 1, APS students hold 1st position named Prathmesh jangam and the theme was SAVE INDIA. It was really a great achievement. He was awarded with a certificate, trophy and lots of appreciations.

To hope for longetivity of our beloved Indians soldiers, Atharv Public School celebrated 3 rd edition of "Ek Sainik Ek Panti" as a token of gratification. The programme began with lamp lightning and was followed by a beautiful patriotic poem. "HAPPY DIWALI & PROSPERIOUS NEW YEAR"

Adolescence seminar
Adolescence is period when teenagers undergo various physical, emotional and sexual changes. During this time proper guidance, knowledge and mentorship is required. Therefore to throw some light on this topic and to educate students in a right way, Dr. Vaibhav Nadkarni from 21st century group of hospitals conducted an adolescent talk where he talked about changes in our body, various types of urges, types of touch i.e good and bad touch,social media, rape and molestation, violence, drugs, smoking, alcoholism, pornography, fitness and diet, love and lust, and how to deal with stress. We would like to thank Dr. Vaibhav Nadkarni for taking some time out of his busy schedule and gracing our campus.

Sports achievement
Youth Games Federation had organised a national level Pro Martial Art championship at Goa from 8th Dec to 10th Dec. Ashish Halpati of Atharv Public School won the gold medal in karate U-17 category. Kuddos to Sanket Sir and his student for making Atharv Public School proud by winning the championship trophy.
National Education Day
Tribute to the freedom fighter, scholar & 1st Education Minister of India *Maulana Abul Kalam Azad* on his birth anniversary. Remembering his contribution in laying the foundation of a strong *education system of India*. *National Education Day* is an annual observance in India to commemorate the birth anniversary of the first education minister of independent India, who served from 15 August 1947 until 2 February 1958. National Education Day of India is celebrated on 11 November every year.All educational institutions in the country mark the day with seminars, symposia, essay-writing, elocution competitions, workshops and rallies with banner cards and slogans on the importance of literacy and the nations commitment to all aspects of education. The day is also seen as an occasion to remember Azads contribution in laying the foundations of the education system in an independent India, and evaluating and improving the countrys current performance in the field.
